Cons

Echoing what many reviews have said, an increasing toxic environment at the upper level ranks threatens retention of many seasoned staff. Talks of several mid- to upper-level mgt. walking are increasingly whispered throughout the halls. Odd since recruitment and retention are a high PSI priority yet senior HR leadership are not trained in the personnel mgt. field and don't work from HQ. Years of consistent HR missteps contribute to the problem.
