The different departments weren't always on the same page and it caused conflict. The customers could get really nasty.

Great company & leadership. Great culture tailored towards growth. Great benefits & commission. Work/life balance is okay, it could be worse. Some days you sit at home all day and set appointments over the phone at your own pace, others you are traveling 7am-10pm. You do have some control over your schedule, but expect to travel often.
This is still a somewhat new company, and is still going through some customer service growing pains. In outside sales, you will sometimes be the primary source of contact for clients you've signed a year ago instead of the correct department. It is also sometimes difficult to find out who should be handling which customer service issues, and you are ultimately left responsible even when the issue it not something you should be handling in sales.
