Pros

Some great clients and exciting projects. Beer Friday and summer BBQs are fun.

Cons

Different management styles can make reporting to different people frustrating as often you can get stuck in the middle.

Pros

It's got potential (hence 2 star rating) and a fresh new leader who can appoint someone to lead the marketing and strategy as well as winning some new business will be a great change in momentum.

Cons

The performance marketing department has been in turmoil over the past 18 months and has turned into such a bad place to work, the churn in this department has been brutal, and some very talented staff left annoying many clients. This is all due to a recent (last year) senior chief strategy appointment who has terrible people management experience as well as very little technical experience, barely speaks to any of the team members they're meant to be leading and managing, has completely distanced themselves from any client work, blames everyone else for any failings and is only focused on developing their own career within the organisation and the parent company. There needs to be a fresh change in leadership at this company as it's very much a "who you know" culture and people get promoted to senior positions because of this despite only being 'talkers' and not doing any tangible work. It's noticeable HR and other senior staff have to go along with the long standing CEO's appointments and don't want to risk opposing them.

Pros

Some great colleagues Cool London office

Cons

No support from management- there are favourites who have been this forever and can do no wrong even when glaringly obvious. Focus on new biz and no support for existing clients / account support. Misogynistic and bullying culture, definitely an old boys club. CEO supports this. HR is completely absent and employees are not supported. Not an open door policy at all unless you are C Suite. Clients are boring. Turnover is high.
