    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Post Foods full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Ability to make decisions. Management is helpful. They hold people accountable for their outputs. The hourly associates are hard working and diligent. The management and hourlies are generous. Innovation is allowed.

    Cons

Marketing comes up with some wonderful products. The products are very good sellers. The customers like the products but they are not always the easiest to make. Once the "iIdiosyncrasies" of the process are understood, it becomes somewhat easier to produce.

    Advice to Management

Continue to treat people with dignity and respect. Continue to hold people accountable, including management.
