I’ve been at power for a couple of years now and it’s been great to see the company grow. I get that there can be some pain points with being remote but personally, I have an amazing manager and team. I know every department is different so others may have a different experience but I have had nothing but an amazing time so far here!

Agency life can get busy but it all ebs and flows

Pros

I joined Power Digital 2 years ago as a strategist. Looking back at that time I was excited about the opportunity and hoped I was making the right choice but I couldn't have imagined how impactful of a decision it would be. I worked at another large agency prior to Power and from day 1 was amazed by the organization & resources available through the onboarding process. I have learned so much in the past two years from technical skills to greater business understanding. I also have received 2 raises, a promotion, and have begun to take on new responsibilities within my department. Joining Power Digital has advanced my development more than I could have imagined and I feel fully supported on my goals ahead. My manager has been a huge part of this success but as a whole PD has a clear focus on people and a ton of support available to help balance bandwidth and professional development. The commission structure is also WAY better than my previous agency and large client accounts have been lucrative.

Cons

I don't live in a city with an office but there are local "geopod" events near me. I personally enjoy working from home so this is a good balance but it's something to ask about in the interview process based on your location. I also am planning a visit to the NY office this Summer with a friend I've made at Power.
