    Pros

Pros are the field marketers are a great group of guys for the most part..but thats all.

    Cons

Pay is very low for the amount of hours we work a day and the conditions in which we work. Management is poor, at least in the Chicago office it is. Long hours from 9 in the morning to 8 at night. Company uses the outdated marketing technique of going door to door.

    Advice to Management

If power wants to succeed in Chicago, find real managers. Not someone who has an employee turnover rate of 1 resignation per month. Also, invest in technology and join the rest of us in the 21st century.
