I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (More than a year)

Pros

The earning potential is unlimited. The atmosphere around the office is lively and fun, not boring and bland like every other office I have been apart of. Very cool promotions going on throughout the year. THEY TAKE THE WHOLE COMPANY TO MEXICO!!

Cons

The schedule is by far the hardest thing to get used to.

Advice to Management

Work on offering a Saturday off as a promotion for reps under a million. Those weekends off to charge the batteries are EXTREMELY valuable.

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Employees are treated properly with salary, earning potential and perks including trips and bonuses.
Ability to succeed is clearly encouraged and the growth of Power is rapid yet organized. The skills learned from this job will be used for the rest of someones life. Power has a great outlook on customer service while supplying top valued products.

    Cons

Hard work is necessary, without working hard it is difficult to succeed and Power wants everyone to succeed! Long hours make the job demanding, but a proper work/life balance is not difficult to achieve. Training is not easy and requires ample focus, but the reward when completed is worth the time.

    Advice to Management

Keep making smart decisions, it does not make sense to work harder when there are easier ways to complete tasks. The confidence in the growth of Power is incredible and exciting! I am eager to see where Power will be years and decades from now.

I have been working at Power Home Remodeling as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Working at Power Home Remodeling Group has some great advantages. In my opinion, the two most enticing factors would be the opportunity to make a lot of money and the environment within the office. With hard work, dedication and a great work ethic your paycheck will never disappoint. Secondly, the guys in the office are always willing to help one another and keep a positive attitude while working.

    Cons

Success wont just happen without hard work but if you work hard the growth potential is unlimited and can happen quickly. Training can be intense but sets you up to be successful right away.
