I have been working at Power Play Marketing full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

- Power Play Marketing is an Advertising Rep Firm for USA TODAY
- Offers great work/life balance (Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
- Inside Advertising Sales position, no travel
- Excellent advertising/sales training program
- Full company paid Medical Insurance, great dental insurance available
- Generous base salary ($35,000 starting base + $500-$3,000 project bonuses + 18 % commission)
- Uncapped income potential
- Positive atmosphere, "student" focused environment
- Every Advertising Sales Rep is given the proper training, tools, resources and guidance to succeed!

Cons

This job is reasonably difficult, but very rewarding for the right candidates! I have listed some of the qualities that an ideal candidate should possess.
- A successful candidate for this position should be an excellent communicator (both verbal and written communication), very out-going, professionally assertive, and not easily intimidated by rejection.
- Advertising Sales Reps are expected to make a minimum of 100 outgoing phone calls a day. Reps are calling in an effort to get a hold of small business owners and upper level executives at mid-large size companies, and present them with regional and national advertising/hospitality options.
- A successful candidate for this position should be extremely organized, detail oriented, and able to manage time efficiently.
- This is a sales job and Reps are expected to make sales.
