      Had a gud work culture, all the good things are in past tense now.

      Management behaves childish, not employee friendly, havent taken richard branson's advice seriously."take care of your employees, they will take care of the company very well" work n life no balance.

      Pros

      The culture is great. It's a meritocracy where you can go as far as you want and good ideas are listened to and even adopted. None of that bro energy or who's the smartest in the room energy. Just hard working people who want to win, and who want to help each other win by designing and implementing a great product. Making sure the customer gets a great ROI is what its all about.
