I worked at Praxair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great Brand Name
    Dynamic Sales force
Young team in lower and middle management
    Good focus on application selling

    Cons

HR Team is pathetic, they really mess up the Provident fund of employees and are very casual about it. I stayed their for 02 years and in 02 years they could not transfer my PF from my earlier organization, which I did on my own in 15 days.
Senior Management people are not very consistent in their commitments made to their own teams
While the organization is very profit centric it is not so when it comes to value the employees
Hire and Fire type organization where you got to put down your papers if you really want a good raise.

    Advice to Management

Stop being so high headed and conceited and give value to your employees, they make you what you are.
