I have been working at Praxair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Stable job, challenging, room for advancement, Marketplace leader in US, well performing stock

    Cons

Salary and benefits are falling behind industry average, must be on the "in-crowd" for the more lucrative positions

    Advice to Management

The constant belt tightening at the plant and mid-management level is not consistent with corporate earnings. There is a disconnect between the top and bottom. Bring salary back to par will help retain talent.
