    Pros

Nothing. There is absolutely nothing pro about this company.

    Cons

There is constant contact with Corporate but nothing gets resolved. They do not listen to employees concerns especially in regards to abusive property managers. Handle resident complaints poorly such as ignoring or evicting residents Ignore complaints of aggressive behavior from managers

    Advice to Management

My advice to the owner is start paying closer attention to your management teams. They are giving you a horrific name.

    Pros

Wonderful benefits, family comes first, understanding owners with better than average pay for my position.

    Cons

Better training programs could be in place as well as a policy and procedures manual that is set in stone for all properties
