Pros

as of now, if you have knowledge and experience in sales, its 2 out of 5 here. otherwise, dont

Cons

1. constantly changing and molding of the policies and norms of the company. 2. My offer letter consisted of 16000 stipend salary with 40 enrollment/month. After joining I came to know that salary is based on performance and revenue generation which was not clearly mentioned in the offer letter. Please make it sure that you should mention everything clearly as there is a difference between "stipend " and "variable". 3. After working for almost 1 month I was given WFH(Performance based) . What's the use of getting WFH when I already paid for rent and all . What if an intern is living in a PG ? 4. Lack of empathy in making the decision yet people are treated according to the company's need . 5. The company must clear everything from the Day 1 . When it comes to pay salaries you change the policies. A slight suggestion is that don't hire interns if you don't know how to treat and give them the mentioned "stipend " . 6. Though I know , expectations must be there (40 enrollments ) . Everything eventually comes to revenue. "Work for the NAME OF THE COMPANY " . Soon PR ( Public Relations) and Face Value will be enough for the progress .

Pros

Pregrad offers opportunities for freshers to learn and gain initial experience in business and marketing. The work environment is result-oriented, and it challenges you to meet targets and deadlines.

Cons

That said, the organization's approach to employees often feels transactional. While management behavior is professional, there seems to be little effort to understand or address employees' feelings and concerns. This lack of empathy can lead to dissatisfaction, making it difficult to feel valued beyond performance metrics. Overall, while it might be a stepping stone for freshers, there’s significant room for improvement in how the company treats and supports its team.
