Pros

Fun industry to work in. Work schedules can be very flexible. Good management. If you have plenty of initiative you can do very well. Great training.

Cons

Physical labor maybe required at times depending on job title. Some of the information isnt given out in a timely manner.

Advice to Management

Get information into the sales team earlier. Better incentives and a better ordering device for the sales force. Tthe current one can be unreliable and can be uncomforable to use.

    Pros

    Close knit teams with plenty of support when you need it. Exciting and fast paced industry. Liquor suppliers provide plenty of incentives.

    Cons

    There is no reimbursement at sales rep level for cell phone costs, automobile costs (gas or mileage)...can take up a significant portion of your take home pay.

    Advice to Management

    There is a strong need for some sort of subsidy to cover automobile costs and to a lesser extent cell phone costs. Provide a cell phone in order to tether sales computer and dispose of air cards.
