I have been working at Presbyterian Senior Living full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I love the residents and all the activities the community offers to them.

    Cons

The food is not from this region and the head chef use to work for a prison.

    Advice to Management

More interaction with co workers. Stop letting other co workers tattle on each other that are meaningless.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

The ability to work independently, fast paced environment.

    Cons

Teamwork and communication is encouraged, however when staff tries either of these, they are scolded. Management expects perfection, however cannot perform any of the staff members daily duties, and constantly talks down to the staff actually doing the hard work. When asked for ideas on how to make the processes better, all ideas are ignored. Morale is terribly low, communication is minimal.

    Advice to Management

Multiple concerns have been raised, and most have a common complaint, however nothing has been done to correct the root of the problems. Until a hard look is taken at all the concerns, you will continue to lose great employees.
