-fast-growing -smartest people I've ever met -no politics and very little ego that I have noticed -every input of work matters and is recognized -flexible and understanding culture -every person, no matter seniority, is encouraged to contribute -great fostering of personal growth -continued learning inside and outside of the company -great benefits

        Cons

-sometimes the workload can be heavy due to client requests, but the team is very collaborative and there are days with lighter workloads that create balance

          Pros

Having worked in analytics for almost 20 years I have become very familiar with no less than a dozen 'sophisticated' modeling engines. Prevedere's data and forecasting process is truly a game changer and getting better every day. Prevedere is a start-up, which means that low performers have nowhere to hide. Everyone has to carry their weight. High performers get recognized and rewarded. Having worked at several large corporations where politics is part of the game, this is refreshing. The Prevedere Economist team is extremely bright, not only in their chosen career but are very well versed in the analytic methodologies recently put in place. It is fun working with smart people that challenge you and make you better. New ideas are welcomed, then challenged, the good ideas are implemented. The CEO is very down to earth and approachable, always soliciting feedback and ideas.

          Cons

I can't speak to all of the other reviews but I will say that every 'problem' I have personally seen since coming to Prevedere has been dealt with. I sense a few disgruntled under-performers? Working at a start-up isn't for everyone. Some people come to Prevedere and quickly find it isn't a good fit.

What level of influence do potential stakeholders have in the decision-making process during a peer interview? For instance, in my upcoming 3rd round interview involving three peers, following successful phone screenings and VP interviews, would a scenario where one peer has a positive impression while the others don't, or vice versa, significantly impact my chances of securing the job?
