    Pros

One of the best management team ever worked with. You'll have opportunity to make good revenue working here. New trucks are easily available without any down payments/credit check, Go Prime!

    Cons

Working here successfully, heavily depends on your relationship with management. If you are a hard worker, but not so good, when it comes to good communication with management, you're likely to have a hard time getting ahead here. Many hard working people left this company just for this ONE reason. Also, Leasing Truck can have a havoc effect, if your fleet mgr can't provide you good pay load. Bottom line is Prime is making sure they get paid every week consistently, regardless whether you get paid or not, That is a GAMBLE that you play when you lease here.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees/contractors more often. They have a direct feed back on your performance. There should be an evaluation survey on management by employees/contractors before any pay increase/bonus is offered to management including fleet manager. Lease term should work for contractors also. Contractors should be allowed to have their equipment inspection done by independent mechanics before lease contract goes into effect.

    Pros

Good equipment, better than average pay for new drivers, free training available.

    Cons

Only 1 day off for every week out, with 4 days at home max. Very few regional / local opportunities. Lots of East Coast.

    Advice to Management

More hometime, allow pets on company trucks, less East Coast work.
