The company keeps you moving and the pay is fair as long as you run decently hard. The terminals are really nice places to stop into. They seem to do a good job getting you home when you need to get home. Plenty of freight and some good contracts. Very nice equipment overall. Seem to be pretty understanding of mistakes and errors. Very good training program to get your CDL. Excellent fuel discounts all over the country and good fuel surcharge for loads. Safety is definitely a #1 thing and they stand by it. Your truck is YOUR truck, no slip seating. Communication is overall solid.
Cons
For being an OTR truck driver, the company could sure send you everywhere instead of getting you stuck in a rut running one general area. You're definitely just another number in the system. From what I can tell, they care about drivers more than a lot of companies, however there's plenty of companies out there who will be much more personal with you. Which fleet manager you get really determines your experience. Time lines on loads can be pretty insane to impossible at times, like whoever sold it has never worked in trucking before. The loads that get dispatched to to pick up after you're unloaded can be near impossible to plan for. Zero regard for any kind of sleep schedule, which is just OTR in general. There's always some fuss when you reject a load.
