I worked at Prime Therapeutics full-time

    Pros

Prime is looking forward in the Pharmacy Benefit Management industry. Their physical plant is great, and they are keeping up with current technology.

    Cons

They have had a recent change in upper level IT Management, and some of the new managers are not as skilled in people skills as some of the previous managers were.

    Advice to Management

Keep on your general business direction, and help your newer IT managers with their soft skills.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Prime Therapeutics as a contractor

    Pros

    - Flexible work hours and relatively flexible management (work from home or getting days off during off-season)
    - Reasonable compensation
    - The facilities and the equipment is fairly new

    Cons

    - During peak season (mandatory overtime, and weekend overtime)
    - Sometimes slow response from management to solve prevailing problems

    Advice to Management

Hire more contract workers for the heavy work load in some months, and also train them longer so they are fully prepared for the work they are suppose to do.
