    Pros

    Top performers at PrimePay are offered rapid career advancement opportunities. Most people in management positions started as field sales representatives and worked their way up. PrimePay offers plenty of recognition and rewards for performance. The Senior Leadership Team is accessible by any sales representative and they truly listen to suggestions for what is working and what isn't.

    Cons

    The phone expense reimbursement should be increased.

    Advice to Management

    Keep focused on staying ahead of the ever changing environment of our industry.

    I worked at PrimePay full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Liked my co-workers, got good experience w/ business owners and external partnerships.

    Cons

    Product and service sucked, pay and benefits sucked, quotas were nearly impossible to achieve. Management wanted to compete w/ large competitors but couldn't match technology, service and/or price. Company is run by a family who are all in leadership positions. No way to make good money and no room for growth. For a company that talks to clients about keeping quality employees, they don't do anything to make sure they keep their own quality people.

    Advice to Management

    Open your eyes and do everything you can to keep your good employees.
