They do not invest in their employees, if you get a raise is without money just a new job title, many employees from lowest to highest positions are leaving all the time, no motivation, a lot of pressure getting things done, routine jobs, working more than 8 hours per day is a must. no acknowledgement for the efforts, no career opportunities, Managers do not follow company policies however if an employee do the same for once gets a warning letter... its the kind of job where you see and listen daily to a lot of unfair things and talks without logic that may insult your dignity and professionalism however if you don't want to lose your job you must shut up and go with the flow..... if you talk you get burned!
