I have been working at Primerica part-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

They have all of the modern tech for learning, licensing, and business processes. Mentors will work with thise who honestly want to learn about finances and succeed in business. There is a large majority who truly live the 'do the right thing' motto.

Cons

A few who try to short-cut and make a bad name for others. You will be paid to market yourself, so be prepared to be a marketing person. Learning to receive referrrals from your warm market beats the harder work of a cold market.

Advice to Management

Keep listening.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Primerica full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Unlimited earning potential if you are confident to build relationships
Great opportunity for free education, licenses and a side business

    Cons

MLM has a pyramid sterotype and is looked at initially in a bad way
They aren't upfront with you that it is a sales business, you must sell to make money
The core beliefs of the company are great, but they need to be more honest with they hires

    Advice to Management

Be up front with your recruits, don't beat around the bush. If someone isn't willing to attempt selling, they are just a waste of your time that you should be spending on someone who is willing. Type A personality's are great for this business.

    Pros

They get you licensed. Potential to make money

    Cons

you have to recruit a lot of people and sell a good amount of life insurance..And your recruits need to do the same in order for you to get "promoted" so you don't earn 10% commission. but the first few times you get a client your "supervisor" has to sign off on it too so you split commission and make even less. Quick sales recruiters. The list goes on...don't do it.

    Advice to Management

They're making plenty of money from everyone else's sales. Any advice given would be completely ignored.
