          Pros

While not all departments are created equally, most have a great experience working for Primerica HQ. There is an adequate work-life balance, education opportunities, promotion opportunities/upward mobility, and a genuine sense of family and connection. Most people that work there are there for decades, and many departments know each other's families. They are also generally supportive to employees who need accommodations.

          Cons

There are a few rotten eggs within the company's managerial staff that can make work life difficult. But these are few and far between. The main issue with Primerica is not the HQ environment, but with their field staffing. Most know that they have an MLM-style hierarchy for their insurance agents. This should not be a legal practice but still is in the United States despite its inherently predatory nature. You will not be subject to this working for their HQ as a Home Office employee.

Was told by an company I was interviewing with I would hear back from them the first week of December. The last time we spoke was before Thanksgiving, as I'm trying to respect their decision-making process. Should I reach out again now that we're closer to the date?

When negotiating salary over the phone, can you mention that you know what the salary is for the position you're applying for? E.g. I know people at the company I'm interviewing for in the exact level that I would be in who are making about 15k more than what I am expecting to be offered. Can I say, "I know Managers at this firm make xyz so I would like to be close to that number"

This is a Post-Intervew question, and I realize this is as individual as getting a haircut or fixing a cup of coffee. I had an interview with a medical office Wensday and I think it went pretty well. No, big hiccups on my end aside from getting tougne tied for a minute. I felt as though I had a good vibe with the interviewer. How do you after action an interview? (The reason I'm asking is I've been job hunting for near on 3 years now and I'm pretty frustrated with the situation.)
