I have been working at Princeton University full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

-competitive stipends for graduate students
-zero to no red tape
-tons of summer funding opportunities (on top of stipend)
-great career services center

Cons

-location (suburban New Jersey)
-the graduate student body is tiny (due to the lack of professional schools), so it can feel a bit isolated

I have been working at Princeton University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Tons of opportunities for staff training and initiatives. Working with some of the tops students and faculty in the country. Casual environment but everyone works hard. Resources for programming, and generous employee benefits. Campus is beautiful and in a great location.

    Cons

Room for growth often not apparent. You have to be here for several years before you're not considered "new" any more. No clear career paths.
