I worked at Prism Retail Services part-time

    Pros

Pay was decent enough, flexible scheduling, get to work in small groups usually, see new products you haven't before. Some people are really nice. If you need something were you are just picking up hours here and there it is really nice, and if over the course of a week you can still accumulate at least part time hours it is an alright gig.

    Cons

Sometimes the scheduling was slow to come out, or you were driving a long ways for two hours. I once drove 45 minutes for something that was going to be just a couple hours and when I got there, the items we were placing were not even there yet so we set up the configuration, all the empty spaces for the items, and went home, It was like a half hour of work. Going to different places meant different leaders, some were really nice and some were not so much. Also some people don't want you to work fast, they want to milk the hours, so if it says two hours they want to get two hours, even if you could be done in one.

    Advice to Management

Better scheduling efforts and keep an eye on leads to make sure they are treating people nice.
