      The students are fun to be around.

      Cons

      Admin is unorganized. We changed admin 2-3 times a year. They are never on the same page which makes for an unpleasant work environment.

      The staff was supportive and cooperative like family. School is growing adding a variety of extra curricular activities

      Cons

      Extremely time consuming. Students are challenging. Difficult to balance home and work.
