-Niche technological markets -Work is somewhat redundant and monotonous -No apparent company goals and ambition is lacking -Compensation is somewhat lacking (as an intern)

Owner's really care about the company; they hold holiday parties, quarterly team events, happy hours, and more. The entire company is very friendly, and also participates in philanthropic events such as coat drives, food drives, and more. The benefits and salary are also second to none. Hand's down the best company I've worked for in my 15 year career.
