Great people - really innovate management strategies.

Cons

Promotions are very few and far between.

Advice to Management

Cut the fat - but offer more versatility in career plans and opportunities for promotions even when taking risky lateral moves.

    1. Nice starting salary
    2. Global projects
    3. Nice people
    4. Some work-life balance, work arrangements flexibility
    5. Adequate management (generally)

    Cons

    1. Huge inertion due to company size
    2. Cost-saving program that is currently realized
    3. Productivity pressure - people start to get overworked
    4. Shrinking importance of service functions - will cause problems in the future
    5. Management hypocrisy, as in all corporations (e.g. awesome new Flex @ work program, when in reality there is not much behind it). Generally tend to present things as if they were much more than they really are.

    Do something about company scale - inertion arising as a result is too large

    Pros

    Brand, Innovatiion, People, Work, Facilities. To a certain extent work life balance.
    Less woried about cost of operations, focuses more on quality,

    Cons

    Scale, Non value added work, Horizontal Competition.
    Late night calls if you want to build bridge accross the geography. Something needs to be done about this.

    Advice to Management

    Scale has caused the disavantage; Reduce the size of the company, Employee more external consultants, services for being efficient. People with huge experience in P&G are not necessarily the best.
