I have been working at Procter & Gamble (More than 5 years)

Pros

*Great learning environment
*Build your strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
*Opportunity to work with great brands and great minds
*Diverse experiences if you are mobile

Cons

*Very process oriented
*Slow to make decisions and overaly analytical - analysis paralysis
*Career advancement very slow, even if you are considered top talent

Advice to Management

*Figure out a way to compensate and/or put top talent on a different career track to keep from losing all the great employees you invested so much in training
