I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Good Pay/ Benefits and coworkers,

Cons

Benefits are continuously cut compared to the past, Too many layers of management with the emphasis on turning their blocks green.

Advice to Management

Get realistic, Don't point out problems that need to be fixed unless your there to support them.

    Pros

Strong Brands. Highly principled and value oriented. Strong bench....top talent across all levels and functions.

    Cons

Too much red tape. Even apparent decision makers often have limited responsibility. Org structure and decision rights need fixed.

    Advice to Management

Align responsibility and accountability. Give key managers a goal, the flexibility to deliver it, and hold them accountable.

I worked at Procter & Gamble as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

you get paid very well and there are plenty of chances for overtime. Also there are chances for promotions if you are a great worker.

    Cons

Long work hours, few days off, not enough workers for some jobs and lack of respect from some employees that are above you.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be better management of personnel in general labor.
