    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

In majority of cases company shows strong sense of responsibility towards emploees and is doing the business is very ethical way. You can learn there a a lot during first 5 years on managerial marketing os sales positions.

    Cons

Not on the edge with innovation, slow decision making process (in fact a jungle of different and somtimes not coherent processes). Promotion from within that is supposed to breed strong leaders is encouraging a life career in P&G, but this not up to speed with current asprations of young professionals.

    Advice to Management

    Drive strong leader personalities.

    Pros

great training and corporate training ground, comitted and enthusiastic people.

    Cons

salary & career development esp in planning/SNO. Risk averse culture that drives very long decision making times & process

    Advice to Management

be more transparent on salary approach and competition benchmarking. I cannot believe the company is truly competitve on salaries
