I worked at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company is great at training fresh graduates, which make up most of their new hire talent pool.
Highly principled company, with flexible working arrangements and hours.
Tremendous learning opportunity across various brands, regions, and scopes of work (from design to delivery, from sales to supply chain), as job rotation occurs every 2-3 years.
Exposure to several sub-disciplines within the F&A function (accounting, tax, treasury, supply chain finance, financial analysis, sales finance).

    Cons

Extremely slow at making decisions and execution (speed-to-market)
No delegation of authority, with most decisions being made really high-up. Most roles are high-impact no-authority in nature.
