Pros

Investment in you so you develop as a professional is excellent.
Great working environment.
High calibre people to learn from.
Excellent infrastructure

Cons

Negotiate a reasonable starting salary as raises are not phenomenal.

Advice to Management

Don't lose sight of the softer benefits that retain staff. A high turn over is damaging and unsettling in the long term. Keep investing in your people's capabilities.

    Good benefits, work-life balance, flexible working hours

    Cons

    I am on a renewable contract basis. They renew contract staff every six months and may not have the chance to convert to perm.
