Slow is the main reason

Advice to Management

Delegate decision making for small stuff ($10,000 decision spend on a $100M business should be able to handled by a senior brand manager, not a GM)

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Procter & Gamble as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone treats each other as equals. It does not matter whether you're an intern or a director - everyone gets the same amount of respect and the same sense of urgency.

    Cons

None that I can think of.

    Advice to Management

You have the best internship program in the Philippines!

    Pros

The company has well recognized brands across the globe. You will find very talented colleagues, as well.

    Cons

Claims to be non-political company, but it is. Top management is filled with people who are positioning themselves for good jobs without regard for those under them.

    Advice to Management

Be truthful to employees. And stop hiding behind "principle based decisions" when you really aren't.
