Pros

The ability to move across businesses and teams allows you to have a breadth of experiences.

Cons

There has been a tremendous amount of organizational change in the past few years, driving too much internal focus and strain. This has led to the loss of many experienced managers.

Advice to Management

Ensure that there is a balance of cost structure improvement and experienced talent retention.

I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great work/ life balance for some people, most people are hard working and are competent. The benefits are still ok compared to most.

    Cons

Upper Management is out of touch. Benefits are going down rapidly and they are not remaining competitive. Do more with Less is the mantra here right now.

    Advice to Management

Stop rolling your S#$% down hill, we are building catapults and getting ready to swing it back up, oh and it will splatter when it hits you.
