Cons

Slow to take action and decisions, management always need more data and they do not embrace new ideas so quickly...

Advice to Management

Take more risks and embrace more new ideas, experiment more.

    I have been working at Procter & Gamble as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    good working interment and a pleasant atmosphere ,direct management at low level is verry well govovernt

    Cons

    Takes a long time to get past the interview stage and they do to much work with temporary employees and then they loss a lot of knowledge that the gain , retraining of new temporary working costs a lot of time for low benefits

    Advice to Management

    cut down on temporary workers and get more fix contract workers in to avoid time an resources lost

    The growth from within policy allows you develop a career in the company, taking responsibility of different roles all along this career.

    You could face situations in which the opportunities available in the company are not progressing in the pace you want them to progress.

    I consider P&G has performed a steady work in developing the skills of its employees. Additionally, it allows global exposure and opportunities of advancement.
