    Pros

The best thing about the company is the people. You will meet, make life long friends and have the opportunity to grow through the challenge of working with really great people. There is a high ethic valuing the integrity of products for the consumers. Compensation and training is generous.

Management can be challenging - shifting direction without much notice or explanation. Sometimes the work life balance is not what you might want. Can be stifling of creativity depending upon your specific group.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to truly support employees in work life balance. They will be healthier, happier and more productive employees. Value diversity of thinking.
