    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Procter & Gamble as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent people at this company! Always some one there to help you with anything you need. Work assigned are real problems and not just a random assignment. A very rewarding experience overall.

    Cons

It is easy to get lost in such a large organization if you are afraid to speak your mind and voice your opinions.

I have been working at Procter & Gamble as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The workers at P&G are very sociable and easy to get along with. The work is challenging and allows for a lot of autonomy. There are great advancement opportunities within CBD. A change in position typically requires a move; however, they are flexible to personal life circumstances.

    Cons

Very competitive environment. There is a lot of variation in aspects of the culture depending on the office location. Training process was weak. Managers were not always present. You are basically thrown into the job. Relocation is basically required for advancement within the sales department.
