I have been working at Procter & Gamble full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

We share common PVPs (Purpose, Values, Principles) among employees which allow a high level of trust and strong employee relationships which is conducive to a positive work environment.

Cons

The work-life balance can be difficult at times as we try to do more with less.

Advice to Management

Reward people and teams that are able to demonstrate they can create value for the business instead of activity systems which may or may not contribute a net value to the business.

I worked at Procter & Gamble as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Learn a ton! People from diverse backgrounds with diverse experiences. It can be some of the best people and learn through experience. You are able to gain some visibility to senior leadership.

    Cons

Very stiff/profession. Marketing is mainly MBAs an very competitive culture. A very confusing structure that makes it easy to get things approved. Currently, too few position to advance in the company.

I have been working at Procter & Gamble as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company offers a lot of flexibility so that employees can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Some areas where the company distinguishes itself are that the people are amazing, there are great benefits, and the fact that you will add new skills that will improve your future career opportunities.

    Cons

Because of the size of the company, it was be really difficult to quickly implement a new policy that changes the way things are done. The company has been around for a long time and has settled in and doesn't always look to be the most innovative.
