    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    - high responsibility early on
    - ownership for your area with a manager enabling, but you are doing
    - good compensation & benefits, great campus to work in
    - "American" workstyle at its best: Casual, direct, results-driven

    Cons

    - some global austerity measures cause disruptions without saving much
    - occasionally processes are too cumbersome
    - the size of the organization makes it slow (but we try)

    Advice to Management

it is ok to demand a lot if the reward is clear - for the company, and the individual. we usually have a good balance in this.

    Pros

Procter and Gamble offers a great dynamic setting for newly graduate employees to grow, learn and develop. The company will provide you with a solid business knowledge, working framework and trainings. It offers good career opportunity until mid-senior positions, and possibilities to move abroad and travel (thou this might depend on the function you work in)

    Cons

Procter and Gamble has a very set and standard way to conduct business, based on established and detailed processes. Roles can be very fragmented with limited and well defined responsabilities (as opposed to a more global approach). Once you have reached a mid-senior position room for advancement becomes scarce and the soft skills and appropriate P&G behavior becomes the key for success.

    Advice to Management

Great job managing such a complex matrix organization. One possible area of improvement in my opinion is the definition of responsabilities between the regional and global organizations. Also, potentially allowing for longer or shorter assignment on a case by case situation.
