Some strong people to work with
Some good training available
Well defined opportunities for advancement

Cons

Highly beaurocratic organizational structure
Low compensation compared to other career paths

Not a good fit for entrepreneurial or creative types

Advice to Management

Create a more creative and diverse culture, on the continuum from US Postal Department to Google, you could stand to move a bit more in the Google direction.

    Pros

It was a great learning experience. P&G spend a lot of time researching their customer. Lots of information and schooling provided for the initiated.

    Cons

I came on in a takeover. It was a rocky road to cahnge all systems.
P&G beleives that a promotion should come with a move to a new company or location, so growth is limited if you love where you live.

    Advice to Management

As I find in many jobs with many different managers-Let the $ made speak for themselves. Reward a job well done, not you friend or favorite.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

you are given t he chance to move up the ladder fi you are really good at what you do

    Cons

a lot of behind the scene politics

    Advice to Management

give promotions to those you deem fit, most managers have no clue as to what entails to run a warehouse. At one point we clearly thought one of my friends who had been there for a while was the nest man to be promoted to a level three position only to see a level one technician promoted straight upto level three
