Pros

Great place to work especially for those recruited into Band 1 roles. Offers decent benefits, fair salaries and work/life balance.

Cons

Not a great place to work if you come in at the A&T level, it will be difficult and nearly impossible to be promoted

Advice to Management

Treat your A&T employees as if you truly value them. It is ridiculous that someone can pursue and achieve an MBA and you don't care.

Create a more creative and diverse culture, on the continuum from US Postal Department to Google, you could stand to move a bit more in the Google direction.
