Pros

The plant has gone through some changes over the last few years and is currently reestablishing its footing. In my short time with the company, I have found it to be a great place to learn and grow. The company fosters a growth mindset, allowing you to build skills to move forward and upward while teaching those who come after you. Personally, I enjoy being a part of this company and look forward to the journey.

Cons

The biggest concern I have is the shortage of employees. It has been difficult to find people to fill the many positions available. This causes tension in our culture and values, which we take great pride in. If you like to be part of a team, learn new skills, and grow, join us. P&G is a place to work.
