Pros

You can move up in the company if you are friends with the right people.

Cons

Terrible communication, bugs, old equipment, Time off "Rules" are insane, not enough parking spaces, pay is under the average for what I do

Advice to Management

You should really take more time to communicate with your employees and treat everyone by the same rules. You shouldn't pick and choose who you decide to make follow the rules. HR as a whole is very uncaring, and don't make me feel comfortable that I can go to them with any issues and/or concerns.

    I have been working at Procura Management full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great coworkers, but can't think of any other than that.

    Cons

    Supervisors feel entitled and abuse attendance rules while disciplining subordinates for the same behaviors. For instance, being late on a daily basis, chastising subordinates for taking a few minutes to talk to others whether business related or not. Micro-management, favoritism, high turnover rates, sub-par pay, and no opportunity for advancement outside of this llocattion.

    Advice to Management

    Truly care about the employees who make this company successful! Instead of just telling your employeees about all of the growth in business and how much money YOU are making, recognize the employees who actually contributed to that growth by rewarding them with monetary incentives. An exceptional performance review should merit more than a 25 cent an hour annual raise! Middle management should be closely reviewed and held to a higher standard because they generally feel that they are better and more deserving than their subordinates.
