Pros

No 5 am phone calls if you don't want it. You can pick jobs right off the computer. Access to maps, job details. Phone number to call about any questions. Health care options if you like. Access to multiple districts. Everything is stream lined.

Cons

Since everyone has equal access, schools no longer have their sub regulars. It is harder to become that and harder to network as much because there is a lot turn over. Not all teachers know the benefits the service provides (like preferred sub list).

Advice to Management

Give sub employees ability to choose preferred school notice within a district when a job is available. But overall, great job.

    Pros

The work is minimal, around 6 hours per day. The pay is not bad considering the type and flexibility of the work being done. If you need to pick up extra hours to supplement a job, $70 dollars a day isn't bad for a 7:15-2:15 job, generally with a 1 hour Prep period and half hour lunch period.

    Cons

Depending on the time of year and the area in which you work, it can be hard to get jobs 5 days/week. To ensure a job, I often have to wake up at 5am and sit at the computer, checking for job postings. Some districts and classes can be nearly unmanageable, and the job is nothing more than being a glorified babysitter.

    Advice to Management

I would have no advice for senior management.
