Pros

There were several very nice people that worked there, and you stay very busy- which makes the hours pass by quickly.

Cons

Upper management did not treat the employees well at all, and they were horribly disorganized and had constant issues. The rate of pay was nowhere near sufficient to the level of work that was done. Not an employee friendly company at all. There were several times where I was very uncomfortable, as the upper management would openly talk about religion and politics (very extreme right wing Christians), and would say very offensive things about other peoples beliefs. VERY high turnover rate.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Professional Educational Services Group as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of opportunity to be a self-motivated, proactive worker. I was able to get assignments every day in advance by covering a large enough area.

    Cons

No structural support provided to employees. There was no supervision. To regularly get jobs one had to be willing to travel very long distances to work. This also undermined ability to develop and connection with any given set of students.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be some support given to substitutes.

    the job selection is great

    Cons

lack of detail when accepting a position

    Advice to Management

Some jobs should include more detail to make workers aware of what to expect.
