      Pros

      Free coffee, fruit and gym.

      Cons

      Managers don't know what are they doing, but just keep pushing people to finish the projects. There is no work life balance, people work like slaves with underpaid. Between teams, there are blaming games all the time. Good people keep leaving. There is no further for the company.

      Pros

      Nice new office Extremely transparent about the current state and future of the company Everyone is friendly Cafeteria access for breakfast and lunch (not free though) Gym access Standard vacation and sick leave time Management is very flexible about time off and schedules

      Traffic around Florham Park is teeeeerrible Not much room for upward growth

      Senior management in Sweden is very democratic and open to ideas and changes. Always something to work on and frequent new product launches

      Cons

      Overall heavy on the traditional dealer sales model. Subsidiary offices are not too involved in the product development phase and only focus on sales target Very few training opportunities. HR is almost non-existential
