I worked at Progressive Waste full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The welders were allowed to do their job without a manager over their shoulder and treated as a valued member. Plenty of overtime opportunity. Most staff is pleasant to work with, almost like a family. Full benefits

    Cons

Low intro pay and raises are far and few between.

    Advice to Management

Keep these guys supplied with good functioning equipment and the tools to get the job done amd things will always run smoothly, avoid applying bandaids to real problems.
