Pros
The recruiter made the entire interview process so smooth from initial contact to after being onboarded. I appreciate that there were multiple interviews, that gave me the impression that they were dedicated to finding an accurate fit for the position. The recruiter updated me throughout the interview process and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The training process with my supervisor and coworkers has been very thorough. I have already noticed how helpful everyone is with answering questions posted in the team chat. I am happy to be part of the Proliant team.
Cons
None during the few weeks that I have been here

Pros
-Pervasive opportunity to develop wide range of skill and experience. -Work is meaningful and fulfilling. -People within organization are actually good. Integrity and ethics are pure.
Cons
-Marketing efforts are out of touch. There was a pivot to be "fun" in internal messaging, injecting slang, trite sayings, and cringe swag (t-shirt). The work we do is serious and challenging at times. Marketing's production of a spicy chip video, use of Dwight Schrute references, and "booyah" diction in marketing material fall flat. It's abrasive, leaving me feeling like the work I take so seriously is considered a joke.

Thank you for sharing some of the things that make Proliant such a great place to work! We have wonderfully talented people on our team and we have the opportunity to do meaningful work. We appreciate your feedback on internal messaging and will take this into consideration. We try to make some things a little more light-hearted, but understand your perspective and will work to incorporate some other approaches. We appreciate you and are grateful to have you on the team!
