Pros
Management treats you like an adult and doesn't micromanage. They give everyone the opportunity to be as successful as you can be. The products are by far the best in the market. Propel always stays on top of the latest trends and offers various training every month to make sure their employees stay top notch.
Cons
Communication between departments could be better.

Pros
Great company to work for with many great benefits. Propel really wants to see their employees succeed for themselves and the company. There are many training sessions to help you learn and grow on skills you may not have mastered yet. There is an internship program for college students looking to get into the marketing field. Many great corporate events and even beer Fridays for employees to meet others they might not see during their work day. Very exciting time to be starting at Propel!
Cons
Nothing I can think of.

Pros
Propel is a fast moving company with a lot of opportunity/potential. The people who work here really do, for the most part, care about each other and our customers. It is a great place to be if you don't want to settle down - things are constantly changing, which keeps the day exciting. There really is a culture of passionate, smart, and dedicated individuals that are committed to always working on improvements and want to see the company succeed and you don't get that everywhere. You have the opportunity to learn about a lot of different areas and to possibly grow into and work in a new area. It is a culture of education. The Quincy office is in a very convenient location - plenty of parking, on the water, and right near the T. Work/Life balance is fine - we may all work a lot, but we have fun with the people we work with.
Cons
The speed at which the company has grown has certainly led to some negatives. There is not always enough time for strategic planning before implementing or launching something new, and growing pains are very real. Benefits are so-so, but there have been improvements on those over the last year and, hopefully, more soon
